The Privacy Policy – Terms and Conditions for Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to personal data obtained from you during the use of this website, which is the property of the fund VO2 Ventures sp. z o.o. ASI SKA with its registered office in Warsaw, at Smocza Street 27, 00-048 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”).

By accepting the Policy and submitting your data to the Fund via the contact form, you consent to the processing of your submitted personal data for the purpose of the Fund reviewing your inquiry or offer, preparing a response for you, and for representatives of the Fund to contact you to deliver it. Such contact may be conducted using the following means of communication: SMS, email, telephone call, video call, or postal correspondence.

The Data Controller of your data is VO2 Ventures sp. z o.o. ASI SKA with its registered office in Warsaw, at Smocza Street 27, 00-048 Warsaw.

In matters related to the processing and protection of personal data, a dedicated contact email address has been established: kontakt@vo2ventures.pl.

Contact is also possible via postal correspondence to the address of the data controller. In such cases, please include the header “Personal Data Protection” on the correspondence.

We will collect and process the following data:

  • information provided to us by you by filling out the application form,
  • information obtained or gathered in another manner, such as data regarding the browser or device used to visit our website, how the website is used, the subpages visited, traffic data, and location data.

We will only use the information provided by you for which we have your consent or where there is another legally justified reason for its use. We may use information provided or obtained through this website for the purpose of:

  • evaluating the application form,
  • responding to your question or feedback,

Please be informed that we guarantee you the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object (e.g., if the data is processed on the basis of your consent), and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

In order to withdraw consent, you may contact us by sending an email to: kontakt@vo2ventures.pl, preferably from the same email address that was provided during the process of submitting your personal data to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

With respect to the personal data provided to us, decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, pursuant to Art. 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Providing your personal data is fully voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully execute the purposes referred to above.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the relevant processing purpose described above, and after the completion of that purpose, it will be stored to the necessary extent for the period required to fulfill obligations provided for by law and for protection against claims.
